We use an engaging and effective teaching method developed by the Japan Foundation. Our instructors are officially certified.

The association also collaborates with the language institutes of Nîmes and Avignon, where Fabienne teaches Japanese courses. If you would like to use your Personal Training Account (CPF – Compte Personnel de Formation in France) to finance your training, this option is also available.

Discover a different way of learning how to cook through authentic Japanese cuisine. Guided by a Japanese chef, you will enjoy exploring and preparing traditional Japanese dishes while discovering the secrets and techniques behind them.

Every month, a new selection of dishes is offered. Classes take place in different locations depending on availability, including restaurants in Aigues-Mortes and the surrounding area, or in the homes of private individuals who generously welcome us.

These workshops are reserved for association members. You can also become a member on the day of your first class.
